2022-23 Concert Season: Covid-19 Protocols

This year, concerts will all be in person and take place at the 560 Music Center and the Sheldon. SLCG will be abiding by the protocols that have been put in place by the individual performance venue. Both venues highly encourage masking but do not require it, similarity with vaccinations. Each venue allows full capacity seating at this time. Full details below:


  • Effective March 14, wearing a face mask is optional but strongly encouraged at the 560 Music Center. Face mask are available at the venue if needed.

  • While they encourage guests to be fully vaccinated, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test will not be required for attending events.

  • The 560 Music Center is now seating up to full capacity for events. Depending on total attendance, some general admission events may allow for socially distanced seating.

  • If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms and you have tickets to an event, please let us know prior to the performance. We will gladly exchange or refund your ticket.


  • The Sheldon does not require proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to attend concerts or events.

  • Masks are also not required for entry. For the health and safety of patrons, volunteers, staff and artists, The Sheldon strongly recommends masking at all times, unless eating or drinking, especially for those who are unvaccinated.

  • The Sheldon will continue to carefully monitor COVID safety recommendations and policies from the Centers for Disease Control, and fellow arts organizations in the Grand Center District, and will not hesitate to change these policies should conditions change.

By attending an event at The 560 Music Center or The Sheldon, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By entering an event with over 10 people in attendance, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the the 560 Music Center, the Sheldon Arts Foundation, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
